NeueHouse 110 East 25th Street GMS provided structural engineering services for the office renovations on Ground, Second, Third, Fourth and Basement levels at 110 East 25th Street. This included structural design for new mezzanine support, slab design to close off an existing opening at ground floor just south of the storefront, and miscellaneous slab openings and floor penetrations. GMS also engineered support for a new rear glass skylight that spans the full length of the space in the rear. This is a sloped skylight, as one may find in traditional SoHo loft spaces.
