years trying to and had invested over $100K in an unsuccessful effort. Served as DBA for the
ERP system. Wrote user interface code in MSSQL, VBA, and PL/SQL to provide custom
interactive data exchange and reporting capabilities, integrating Oracle and MSSQL databases
and MS Office 2010 products. Performed advanced planning research for corporate BI
solutions. Initiated and successfully implemented MS CRM 4 in the local setting then
migrated it to a hosted environment transferring all CRM-related activities from Goldmine to MS
CRM. Consulted with CEO and CFO regarding overall corporate IT strategy. Result: Secured
sustained annual cost reductions associated with IT systems and applications totaling over
$500K.
Developed entrepreneurial business concept in collaboration with others establishing a new
business, using new technological applications, breaking into a niche market. Forged critical
banking and legal relationships to reduce risks while maximizing growth. Result: Gained 25%
market share among three leading players in less than 7 years in the competitive tier-2
automotive sector. Achieved Inc. 500 recognition two years running as one of the fastest-
growing, privately-held companies in America.
Conceptualized, developed, and implemented JIT warehousing concept in multiple
organizations through creative collaboration with suppliers and warehousing operations.
Result: Increased throughput, increased inventory turns 300%, reduced inventory investment in
warehoused commodities by 85%, recovered over 200,000 square feet of valuable manufacturing
space, eliminated shortages, and significantly raised cash flows with minimal investment.

product line and market, updated management systems, acquired and merged a technologically
advanced complementary business into the company, gained market share and increased
domestic and export volume. Result: Increased sales volume by 40% in one year.
Researched and implemented IT solution with new ERP system, following two costly failures
to provide information systems capable of supporting large-scale plant re-location and
consolidation. Result: Instituted new system incorporating simplicity in design and concept,
while doing so under budget and inside time constraints.
Conceptualized, designed and instituted a multi-faceted manufacturing and service group
business with common administrative and executive management support for a $15 million
company, using a holding company model, while maintaining individual integrity and contribution
of its member companies. Result: New synergies eliminated duplication of resources while
increasing output, reducing costs, and maximizing return on investment for the owner over
previous independent ownership model.

of an aerospace program to compensate for competitive sales pricing pressures. Result:
Reduced procured component cost by over 30% in less than six months.

implementing a new and innovative paradigm recognizing the joint objectives seen by alumni and
students with regard to their alma mater. Result: Record-breaking homecoming attendance and
alumni/student interaction, allegiance-building and new and progressive relationship-building
initiatives.
Brought the practical and entrepreneurial aspects of business management to the
classroom as an instructor in management, invigorating and exciting students while giving
them tools for effective management and business ownership. Result: Off-the-charts reviews
of teaching and classroom effectiveness from students and peers.

is the only course students will take where they will see all five areas
interacting until their capstone strategic management course.
Includes introduction to APA writing style and formatting.
• Workforce Continuity and Contingency Planning
o An upper-level online course addressing the complementary strategy
of workforce continuity and contingency planning designed to
introduce students to the strategic planning process for this essential
component of an overall corporate strategic plan. The course covers
a host of examples dealing with contingency planning and a vigorous
weekly discussion of how to design and implement the strategy. The
course also includes weekly research papers on the various
elements of the topic, along with two teamwork exercises.

it is set up in the organization, its role and how it works internally and
strategically with other departments, and how it contributes to overall
corporate strategy. Includes intensive case studies on a broad range
