The way we work has changed more in the last 10 years than at any other time. I got a crash course in this working for Atlassian, an incredibly innovative software company that is reinventing the workplace and breaking the rules without being aware of it. They are just doing what makes sense. I have set out some reasons why I think companies like Atlassian are the vanguard of the new workplace and cover some of the things that they do on a daily basis.
