- Could say alternative methods of enrolling on the course, Sales Opps or Enquiries and point audience in the direction of the appropriate Workshops
- Sam creates an event based on an LMS Course Template prerequisites Briefly touches on the different event types Highlights that the Course Template contains all of the LMS materials (no SCORM yet) Sam adds Tim to the Event Tim has booked before, his Contact record exists in the CRM
- Demo Sam adds some LMS content to the Event Shows the process of adding this Explains that we would ordinarily add this to the Course Template, or in the context of an exam, even an entirely separate Event. Discuss what scorm content is and how it is produced: Elucidat, EasyGenerator, iSpring, Articulate, Adobe Captivate Mentions how this is a little cruel, as Tim, HAS NOT seen this content before
- Demo Tim ’receives’ his Joining Instructions Tim signs into the Student Portal Tim sees the event that we just added him to Plus maybe some additional courses Tim opens our event and can see all of the Course Materials (could have some funny PDF names etc)
- Demo Tim refreshes the page Notes how this has changed instantly Tim completes the content
- Demo Sam logs in and looks at the Event Views Tim’s progress Can build a report on it too Ensures that there is a feedback form attached to the event
