5 TIPS HOW TO BE A 
GREAT LEADER
Be Receptive 
This attitude creates sympathy and shows the team member the 
importance of their presence. Listen to their opinions, new ideas can 
appear to finish projects.
Be Humble 
A good leader accepts his or her weaknesses and acts with 
intelligence to overcome the problems. To be humble is to be 
tolerant and face criticism constructively.
Be Coherent with Your 
Acts 
The fundamentals of a good relationship with your 
team is to talk and act in the same direction.
Be an Active 
As a leader you should coordinate and delegate some functions. 
But also participate in the execution so the team feels your 
support.
Make Compliments 
It's easier to recognize or see a mistake of a team member, but you 
should also recognize their positive points; this may help to the 
relation and motivation of the team.
I want to inspire people, I want 
someone to look at me and say 
because of you I didn't give up.
