3. Key Responsibility: Training and Development
Financial:
Strictly adhere to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costs are
controlled.
Ensure training centers are operated with pre-defined budgets.
Strict discipline around the impress amount to maintained at all times.
Operational:
Manages the development process from initiation through completion, including
management of scoping, scheduling, defining deliverables, milestone and resource
tracking, and reporting.
Suggest training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve
existing programs using defined L&D processes.
Evaluates and analyzes feedback and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of
L&D programs and processes in meeting business goals.
Manages stock levels and makes key decisions about stock control; maintaining
inventories of the training centers.
Ensures standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met during
training.
Calibrate and Coaches Learning executives & supervisors training delivery.
Administration:
Maintain the daily records book for day to day’s activities at the training centre
Submit monthly attendance sheet of all the trainees to partner resources manager by
the 19th of every month.
Submit monthly training report to Senior Manager, by the end of every month.
Maintain training centre communication board
Submit all incident reports to Senior Manager.
Report “Lost & Found” items, and handle them in accordance to the Policy &
Procedures.
Housekeeping & Engineering:
To ensure that the training centre is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well
as the back of house.
Ensure proper maintenance of the equipments at the training centre and coordinate
with concerned maintenance partner for issues related to this.
Strictly adhere to the established cleaning schedules
