I lead a team of UX designers helping companies be more innovative by developing a customer-centric data-driven mindset. I believe in seeking objectivity and facing reality as it is, and not as we wish it was. I believe in developing true empathy and seeing users, employees, and customers as people. I believe in reversing the paradigm and putting user and value first. I believe this leads to an order of magnitude increase in value, loyalty, engagement, and hence success. In my spare time, I volunteer to coach startups, curate, and hold the license for the TEDxLausanne conference and practice japanese.
