uses briefcase setting to determine which of the
records can be accessed inside the application.

enables business to sell, service, market, analyze and
connect with your customer.
➜ It automates the business process which by reducing
cost and effort on each action executed as well as
boost up the business revenue generation method.

➜ Lightning is the collection of tools and technologies
behind a significant upgrade to the Salesforce
platform.
➜ Lightning includes Experience: A set of modern user
interfaces optimized for speed. … Use the Lightning
App Builder to customize the Lightning Experience
and Salesforce1 Mobile app.
➜ Classic is the practical system of control, offering
reliable Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
with governance and supervision.
➜ Salesforce Lightning uses a component framework,
which allows for much more variation and flexibility
in how records are displayed

19. Features not supported in Lightning Yet:
➜ Custom JavaScript Buttons.
○ Custom buttons that use a JavaScript content source
aren’t supported in Lightning Experience. we can replace
some of the functions covered by these buttons by using
point-and-click tools, like Process Builder, Visual
Workflow, or code-driven approaches.
➜ AppExchange Apps with Custom Objects, Visualforce
Pages, and More.
○ Many apps from the AppExchange might not be
supported. If they are supported, we will see a Lightning
Ready sash appear next to the app. If an app isn’t
supported, it can still be used in Salesforce Classic.
