2000.9-2004.6 河南大学 化学化工学院获得工学学士学位,专业为化学工程与工
艺。
2005.9-2008.6 河南大学 特种功能润滑材料重点实验室获得理学硕士学位,专业
为高分子化学与物理,研究方向为纳米润滑材料。
2008.9-2013.5 苏州大学 功能纳米与软物质研究院获得工学博士学位,专业为材
料学,研究方向为新型晶体硅太阳能电池。
在苏州大学攻读博士学位研究生期间主要的研究方向为晶体硅表面纳米织
构化、化学钝化以及新型有机无机杂化硅基太阳能电池和新型有机薄膜太阳能电
池。开发了一种简单可控的硅纳米结构表面,开创性地使用化学修饰的方法对晶
体硅表面进行钝化处理并提出了化学钝化的硅表面的能带弯曲与太阳能电池性
能之间的关系,制备了在同一时期内世界最高转化效率的基于硅纳米结构的太
阳能电池,在晶体硅-有机材料杂化光伏电池领域内居世界领先地位。用硅纳米
晶与有机半导体材料一起在ITO玻璃基底上制备了新型的纳米晶-有机杂化太阳
能电池,通过对有机薄膜层结构的优化有效提升了杂化电池的光电转换效率。在
此期间的相关研究工作以第一作者和合作者发表在 Chem. Mater.,J. Mater.
Chem., Nanotechnology, ACS Nano, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Appl. Phsy. Lett.等
国际顶级期刊,共计12篇,全部被SCI收录,且均为SCI分区的一区和二区。论
文总被引用次数超过200次。在2012年以优异的研究成果获得第一届研究生国家
奖学金博士奖学金。
工作经历与业绩:
2004-2005 河南永城煤电集团公司子公司龙宇煤化工公司中任助理技术工程师,
主要协助相关人员负责设备的招标工作;学习并了解各车间的工艺流程技术。
2013.5-至今 中盛光电集团研发部任先进技术实验室负责人、高级工程师,负责
高效电池片及高效光伏组件的研发工作和技术问题,研究开发新型高效晶体硅
电池片和具有先进功能的新型组件技术。
在加入中盛光电集团后致力于高效晶体硅光伏电池以及高效晶体硅光伏组
件的研发工作。详细研究了晶体硅光伏组件的NOCT(Normal Operating Cell
Temperature),其成果以论文形式发表于《光能》杂志;研究了集成微型优化器
的智能光伏组件的发电量收益,为公司新一代光伏组件产品打下了良好的基础;
研究了光伏电站积灰对光伏电站发电量和收益的影响,发明了一种简单快捷的
光伏组件清洗方法,为公司的电站EPC提供了有效的技术支持;开发了与目前
晶体硅组件结构不同的新型结构光伏组件,有效降低了光伏组件的重量,是晶
体硅光伏组件具有了更广阔的应用范围;开发了一种新型的多晶硅制绒添加剂
配方优化了多晶硅的绒面结构,使公司的电池片平均提效0.05%;详细分析了产
线常见低效电池片的失效机制,有效提高了产线电池片的良率;目前正在进行
高效黑硅多晶硅太阳能电池的研发,预计可以使多晶硅太阳能电池的转换效率
提高0.3%-0.5%。在2014年入选了江苏省“企业博士集聚计划”。
