26. 26. A few catchy take-aways

Embrace the cheaters!

" Coopertition" : Teams compete against each other and then network to collaborate toward a common solution.

Some of the lectures were interesting and thought provoking. I liked the exercises which made it fun and appreciated the interactive game stations.

Good people, great energy

This was an excellent meeting with great speakers and wonderful participation from the attendees. I picked up a number of very thoughtful nuggets that I'll be reflecting on in the weeks and months to come. Frog did a fabulous job with the venue, food and entertainment.

Learning more about a new topic. Knowing that others were stretched by the topic and are returning with a new POV that they want to apply.

I typically feel shy during role play , but the environment and methods used were very comfortable and promoted engagement. The topics were diverse and flowed from one to the next keeping me active and learning.

I like the networking, I loved the exposure to new game thinking and I liked the ability to work on problems together. We should do more of that.

 27. 27. Some constructive feedback

Some of the talks needed to be brought back to how we can apply it to our day to day work & life.

Session felt too didactic and missing the context for how to apply these concepts to our own settings. It would have been fun to be able to brainstorm applications and think about how we could apply it in our own work. I was hoping there could have been a little more interaction and mixing amongst tables to meet more people.

Per the Weavers, space and time at the beginning of the meeting for intros including what folks are working on. They believe doing so enhances networking.

Try to get the twItter handles of everyone including the speakers (especially them) on the agenda so that the long term follow-up is supported. It's the next evolution, we're ready! Great job and combo of "interesting" people which is 90% of the work.

Create an ILN Intro: there are always " newbies " who would benefit from

(a) Who/What is the ILN, and

(b) General guidelines for participating (eg no Judgement, ...). Maybe can/should be done in the week before coming and/or at the session Yip! Yip! :)
