The Anderson Real Estate Association is one of many student
clubs and organizations at UCLA Anderson. The association,
which is operated by students, maintains a number of
programs to promote education and knowledge in the real
estate industry.

3. Anderson Real Estate Association
• Real Estate 101 workshops are one ongoing program
at the association. The sessions are run by advanced
students for the benefit of other students, including
freshmen, and they cover topics such as land
acquisition and equity financing. Another
educational program is the Days on the Job
program, which enables students to visit a local real
estate firm. Students who participate are able to
experience real estate work firsthand and network
