time-to-value when deploying Software Monetization solutions
from Flexera Software. This program provides an operational
solution in which FlexNet Operations and FlexNet Licensing
is embedded into the customer’s products and back-office to
meet scalability and business requirements to enable a baseline
software monetization.
The service is scaled based upon the business size, needs and
complexity of product offerings and supply chain maturity. Flexera
Software Global Consulting Services (GCS) work alongside
customer resources in a shared delivery model to provide a blend
of best-practice advice and hands-on activity to produce results in
a cost-effective manner.
Each of the KickStart services – Basic, Standard, Advanced and
Premium – includes:
• Industry standard design to support a baseline for incorporating
FlexNet Operations into the back-office, and FlexNet Licensing
into the customer products according to Flexera Software’s
recommended baseline business blueprint and use-case catalog.
• Deployment services will be leveraged to help deploy FlexNet
Operations and rationalize with customers’ other back office
systems and process. This may include interacting with ERP/
MRP, CRM, eCommerce, PLM, customer-facing support portal or
internal administrative portals.
• Test and go-live planning and assistance, to ensure the successful
deployment of the customer FlexNet Operations Environment.
• Project management to work with the customer’s project
management to create schedules, plan and allocate resources,
and resolve issues and escalations in a timely fashion.
