Bij het ontwikkelen van een product / website gaat het niet om de features die je oplevert, maar de waarde die je creëert voor de gebruiker en opdrachtgever. De eindgebruiker vormt hierbij het uitgangspunt. Als UX designer verdiep ik mij in de behoeften en het gedrag van de eindgebruiker. Met oog voor de gebruiker, maar ook de bedrijfsdoelstellingen, ontwerp ik creatieve concepten. Specialiteiten: Interaction design, Usability, Design research, UX.
