SUCCESS STORIES
1. Madina. She is a resident at Kyeera village just
2 km from Kitengesa Community library. She was a
primary teacher and had no knowledge about the
use of a computer. While in Uganda, her friend
found a job for her abroad and she needed the
knowledge about the computer since she were
supposed to use the computer while teaching the
children. She was taught everything about the
computer including basics of computer and use of
the internet. Now she is in Dubai using the skills to
earn a living.
2. Maria Alexandrine, English teacher at Kitengesa
Comprehensive s.s, she visited the library in January and she was taught
about uses of application programs and google apps.
Now she use google sheets to keep records of the Activities of Integration
which simplified her work . Link to a video

3. Priscilla is a senior 3 student at Kitengesa
comprehensive ss. In December, she joined the learning
circle at the library about paper bags and she was able to
gain skills how to make paper bags. She saw the
opportunities in the community and she’s producing paper
bags, she looks forward to start supplying paper bags after
completion of s.4
