2. Step 1. Go to wordpress.com
Click on Get started, or Get a Free Site
(they change it around)

3. Stop and think a minute about what you want to call
your site. You can later change it, or buy your own
domain and point it here.

4. Fill in the rest of the form, you will need an email
address you can check to confirm your new website.

5. How can it be free?
Wordpress.com gives you lots of opportunities to buy things
from them! You can purchase upgrades, but if you are going to
do that, (in my opinion) you might as well purchase hosting and
host your own site! (but, not for everyone)

6. Wordpress.com vs. Self-hosted

a theme! Don’t worry though, you can change it later.
