Hereafter called «the beneficiary», of the other part, have agreed as follows:
1.Subject.

The purpose of the present Agreement is to determine the obligations of each of the
contracting parties with regard to the Community grants available in the framework of the
Lifelong Learning Programme – Erasmus sectoral programme, Erasmus grants for staff
mobility/ invited staff from enterprises, hereafter called “”grants”. In the case of “ERASMUS
invited staff from enterprises without grant” all provisions of the present Agreement are in
effect, apart from those that concern grant payments.

    2.Duration.

This Agreement will enter into force on the date when the Institution signs. The eligible
activities shall take place from 1 June 2012 until 30 September 2013.

    3.Teaching period in the Host Institution

The beneficiary undertakes to complete a teaching period in the Host Institution

4. Invited staff from enterprises mobility grant

The beneficiary will receive a grant from the European Commission of the total amount of ........
Euro for the implementation of the approved programme which is based on an agreement
between the Institution and the Enterprise and was arranged by an invitation of the Institution to
the staff member of the Enterprise and agreed by both parties according to the terms of the
present Agreement.
The final grant amount is determined by adding the travel costs in ........ Euro to the subsistence
costs in........ Euro. Travel expenses are calculated ex ante on the basis of the tickets estimated
cost and ex post on the basis of real costs of tickets within the ceilings laid down in advance by
the Institution. The amount for subsistence costs is calculated on the basis of the weekly or
daily rate of Greece: number of weeks or days ………… X ………… Euro (1 week = 7 days).
Subsistence costs are calculated only for working days or days of travel.

For the assessment of real costs the following documents are required: invoices, receipts, used
travel tickets, photocopy of visa (if applicable).
The activities of staff undertaking a teaching assignment should be integrated into the curricula
of the Host Institution.

    5.Payment of the Invited staff from enterprises mobility grant

 The payment of the Invited staff from enterprises mobility grant will be paid, if possible, in one
installment before the mobility period agreed.
6.Eligibility criteria

The beneficiary complies with the specific eligibility criteria for teaching staff of Institutions/
Enterprises as set in the Guide of the Erasmus sectoral programme.
The beneficiary shall be a national of a participating country in the Erasmus Programme or
recognized by the country in which he/she is resident as refugee, stateless person or
permanent resident according to national legislation.


    7.Teaching programme

The beneficiary shall submit to the Institution before his arrival, a brief Teaching programme,
approved by both parties, which should include the minimal essential elements of Annex A
and which constitutes an integral part of the present Agreement.

    8.Reports - Certificates:

After the end of the teaching mobility period, the beneficiary shall submit to the institution:

    •   Activity report in the special form provided by the Host Institution.
    •   Any material produced for teaching purposes in the Host Institution.
    •   Invoices, receipts, used travel tickets, photocopy of visa.

The beneficiary shall send the above documents within one month from the end date of the
teaching mobility period.


    9.Termination of the Agreement.

In case of delay or non compliance with any of the obligations derived from the present
Agreement by the beneficiary and independently from the consequences set out by the Law,
the Agreement shall be terminated ipso jure by the Institution without resort to legal action.


    10. Reimbursement of the grant.

The beneficiary except in the case of force majeure agrees to:
             • Reimburse without delay the total sum or part of the grant amount received , in
                the case of non-compliance with any of the obligations set out in this
                Agreement.
             • Reimburse without delay the total amount or part of the grant received in the
                case of termination of this Agreement.
In every case of reimbursement, the amount to be reimbursed will be determined by the
Institution.

    11.Amendments

Any amendment to the grant conditions must be the subject of a written supplementary
agreement. No oral agreement may bind the parties to this effect.
12.Law applicable and competent court

The present Agreement is governed by the Greek Law. Any dispute that may result from this
Agreement is to be resolved with exclusive jurisdiction and competence by the Courts of
Athens.


    13.Final provisions

The following document is annexed to this Agreement and constitutes an integral part of it.
Annex A: Teaching assignment –Minimum requirements for the Teaching programme.

This Agreement was drafted in two identical prototypes; one for each contracting party and it
should be kept for a period of no less than 5 years.

For the teaching assignments grants, teachers/invited staff from enterprises will be
required to provide a short "Teaching programme" endorsed by both the Enterprise
and the host institution.

  • 2. 1.Subject. The purpose of the present Agreement is to determine the obligations of each of the contracting parties with regard to the Community grants available in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme – Erasmus sectoral programme, Erasmus grants for staff mobility/ invited staff from enterprises, hereafter called “”grants”. In the case of “ERASMUS invited staff from enterprises without grant” all provisions of the present Agreement are in effect, apart from those that concern grant payments. 2.Duration. This Agreement will enter into force on the date when the Institution signs. The eligible activities shall take place from 1 June 2012 until 30 September 2013. 3.Teaching period in the Host Institution The beneficiary undertakes to complete a teaching period in the Host Institution from:………………….. to:…………………… of total duration (weeks – teaching hours)…………………………………………………………… at: (name of the Host Institution)……………………………………………………………………… Country: ………………………………………………………………………………………………… 4. Invited staff from enterprises mobility grant The beneficiary will receive a grant from the European Commission of the total amount of ........ Euro for the implementation of the approved programme which is based on an agreement between the Institution and the Enterprise and was arranged by an invitation of the Institution to the staff member of the Enterprise and agreed by both parties according to the terms of the present Agreement. The final grant amount is determined by adding the travel costs in ........ Euro to the subsistence costs in........ Euro. Travel expenses are calculated ex ante on the basis of the tickets estimated cost and ex post on the basis of real costs of tickets within the ceilings laid down in advance by the Institution. The amount for subsistence costs is calculated on the basis of the weekly or daily rate of Greece: number of weeks or days ………… X ………… Euro (1 week = 7 days). Subsistence costs are calculated only for working days or days of travel. For the assessment of real costs the following documents are required: invoices, receipts, used travel tickets, photocopy of visa (if applicable). The activities of staff undertaking a teaching assignment should be integrated into the curricula of the Host Institution. 5.Payment of the Invited staff from enterprises mobility grant The payment of the Invited staff from enterprises mobility grant will be paid, if possible, in one installment before the mobility period agreed.
  • 3. 6.Eligibility criteria The beneficiary complies with the specific eligibility criteria for teaching staff of Institutions/ Enterprises as set in the Guide of the Erasmus sectoral programme. The beneficiary shall be a national of a participating country in the Erasmus Programme or recognized by the country in which he/she is resident as refugee, stateless person or permanent resident according to national legislation. 7.Teaching programme The beneficiary shall submit to the Institution before his arrival, a brief Teaching programme, approved by both parties, which should include the minimal essential elements of Annex A and which constitutes an integral part of the present Agreement. 8.Reports - Certificates: After the end of the teaching mobility period, the beneficiary shall submit to the institution: • Activity report in the special form provided by the Host Institution. • Any material produced for teaching purposes in the Host Institution. • Invoices, receipts, used travel tickets, photocopy of visa. The beneficiary shall send the above documents within one month from the end date of the teaching mobility period. 9.Termination of the Agreement. In case of delay or non compliance with any of the obligations derived from the present Agreement by the beneficiary and independently from the consequences set out by the Law, the Agreement shall be terminated ipso jure by the Institution without resort to legal action. 10. Reimbursement of the grant. The beneficiary except in the case of force majeure agrees to: • Reimburse without delay the total sum or part of the grant amount received , in the case of non-compliance with any of the obligations set out in this Agreement. • Reimburse without delay the total amount or part of the grant received in the case of termination of this Agreement. In every case of reimbursement, the amount to be reimbursed will be determined by the Institution. 11.Amendments Any amendment to the grant conditions must be the subject of a written supplementary agreement. No oral agreement may bind the parties to this effect.
  • 4. 12.Law applicable and competent court The present Agreement is governed by the Greek Law. Any dispute that may result from this Agreement is to be resolved with exclusive jurisdiction and competence by the Courts of Athens. 13.Final provisions The following document is annexed to this Agreement and constitutes an integral part of it. Annex A: Teaching assignment –Minimum requirements for the Teaching programme. This Agreement was drafted in two identical prototypes; one for each contracting party and it should be kept for a period of no less than 5 years. The Beneficiary The Institution

Annex A Erasmus Programme Staff Mobility - Teaching Assignment of invited staff from enterprises Teaching programme (Minimum requirements) For the teaching assignments grants, teachers/invited staff from enterprises will be required to provide a short "Teaching programme" endorsed by both the Enterprise and the host institution.
