For over 13 years I have recruited, hired and managed top technical college talent.
Creating and implementing aggressive and successful recruiting strategies:
o Have screened >15,000+ resumes, interviewed >1200+ students, hired >600+
and managed >160 – all elite entering engineers from every engineering
discipline. Exceeded all targets- GPA, Intern, MS/PhD, and Diversity
o Hired over 400 new college graduate engineers over a 2.5 year period
Created world class high school intern, college intern and rotation programs with
exceptional attraction and conversion ratios
Proven success in creating and developing lasting relationships with students and
faculty, leading recruiting teams internally and at career fairs, doing engineering
presentations to professional societies and at general info sessions, conducting on
campus technical and behavioral interviews, connecting with diversity students and
programs and creating strategic recruiting plans
Extensive international experience. Assigned to 6 months in Beijing, China, to bring
expertise to the team there on how best to recruit MBA students from the US

Successfully manage the programs $4.5 million yearly budget
Hire and manage Intel’s top 20 recent college graduates each year and a) coach them
each individually throughout the year and create 3 perfectly fitted engineering rotations
for them, b) manage their performance, c) provide them with customized development
and training and d) strategically place them within Intel’s growing business groups
where they fit best

engineering students in the world.
Hired and managed 160+ top engineering students from every engineering discipline
Yearly administer DISC/EQ/Motivators, StrengthsFinder, and Working Globally
assessments.
Have created and taught numerous training and development programs within Intel
Researched engineers' performance against the Tri-metrix EQ assessments to determine
core attributes that contributed to success in industry, and published findings.
Developed and managed Intel's high school summer intern program including its
