Sacred Heart Mission - A Journey to Social Inclusion Comments on Goals: We should not see chronic homelessness as an intractable social issue – we have a choice to do something about it. J2SI aims to demonstrate that if you invest appropriately you can get results. The economic evaluation is critical because J2SI is not about the 40 people in the pilot. Its about providing the service model works so that it can be scaled up and this can only happen if we can demonstrate the economic benefits.
