Goodwill is partnering with over two dozen U.S. corporations in a national effort called Business Champions Supporting Credential Completion to enhance the skills of American workers. The partnership encourages businesses to provide support for employees to pursue degrees, vocational training, and post-secondary credential programs in order to increase the supply of skilled labor and improve employability. Companies such as Cigna, McDonald's, and PepsiCo are collaborating with Goodwill on this initiative, which is also sponsored by The Aspen Institute Skills for America’s Future, the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning, and the Lumina Foundation.
