Teachers must always come prepared inside the classroom before facing his/her learners. Facilitators introduction: Importance of Lesson Planning in the Classroom Teaching DO: Facilitator will show an AVP about the importance of Lesson Planning in achieving quality education for the learners. Read the objectives of the session Speaker Slide No. 1-3 5 minutes Discuss the DepEd Order No. 35 S. 2016 on conducting Learning Action Cell within the school setting A Learning Action Cell is a group of teachers who engage in collaborative learning sessions to solve shared challenges encountered in the school facilitated by the school head or a designated LAC Leader. LACs will become the school-based communities of practice that are positive, caring, and safe spaces. Activity: Ball Transfer Try to transfer 3 balls in a given station using the papers given to each member of the group. The fastest group who can transfer the 3 balls in the finish line shall be declared as the winner. Follow-up questions: 1. What are the common things you like and don’t like about lesson plan? 2.
