1. Russian Pancakes
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
2 cups cold milk
1 cup hot water
3 tbsp oil
Stir eggs, salt and sugar. Add there flour, stir in this mixture. Slowly add in
mixture cold milk. Remember that you should` t have any lumps! Then add
hot water and stir as fast as you can. So, last thing that you should have, to
make dough is a bit of oil. Then stir all of things that you added again. Your
dough is ready!
When your dough is ready, you should take a frying-pan, spill some oil on it
and then fry every pancake for about a minute. You should fry both sides of
pancake, remember that! So, after you fried all pancakes, you can eat it
with jam, cream and honey or may be with stuffing.
