8. Aims of workshop
The aim of the workshop is to use the open tools to:
1. discover data to support your research
2. collect data using mobile phones
3. visualise this in a GIS
4. add geographic intelligence to non-geographic data
5. create a metadata to describe your data
6. deposit this in an open repository
We will base this around a project researching into anti-
social behaviour in communities.
