In the following slide-show you will follow this Master of Contemporary Art through the various stages of her incredible career to appreciate the value of her art.
  3. 3. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1971 she has the first one-man-exhibition in the famous Isle of Capri (Italy). She obtains immediate success which is summarised in the statement of a famous art critic: " The 30 pictures exhibited have turned into 30 nails ! " A few months later she wins the first of several prizes, the Prix Vesuvio 1971. After such promising debuts she is invited to hold several equally successful one-man-exhibitions throughout Italy.
  4. 4. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1972 she moves to from her home town, Napoli (Italy) to Brussels, (Belgium). Between 1972 and 1985 she exhibits her works in several towns of Belgium (Brussels, Knokke, Spa, Antwerpen etc.), of Germany (Koeln, Bad Oeynhausen), of the Netherlands ( Amsterdam) and in Luxembourg. She presents to the H.R.H. the Princess Paola of Belgium one of her works.

She exhibits at the Saratoga Springs Art Show where her art is praised by some very prestigious guests : the Rockfellers, the Vanderbilt, the Fishers and other famous names of the high society of New York. A number of her paintings are acquired by these famous collectors.
  6. 6. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1985 Rita Cappello Angellotti paints the portrait of H.H. the Pope Jean Paul II. This portrait is exhibited in the Apostolic Nonciature of Brussels
  7. 7. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements The artist meets H.H. the Pope in a private audience and officially presents Him with one of her works, which is exhibited in H.H. apartments in Vatican City.
  8. 8. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1986 she exhibits in Philadelphia, U.S. where she is acclaimed again by the American public. In that occasion she presents to the Philadelphia Philarmonic Academy the portrait of its conductor, world renowned maestro Riccardo Muti. This portrait is exhibited at the museum of the Academy.
  9. 9. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In the same year the artist paints the portrait of the President of the U.S.A., Ronald Reagan, and presents it to him. The portrait is included in the Presidential Collection of the U.S.A.
  10. 10. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1988 she is invited to exhibit in the world renown "Salon d'Automne" at the Grand - Palais in Paris. In that occasion she is personally praised by the President of the Salon d'Automne for her "extraordinary, unusual and unique way to obtain the strength and the power of oil painting from water colour ". Later in 1988, she holds an extraordinarily successful exhibition in Frankfurt (Germany), at the head seat of the Dresdner Bank.
  11. 11. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1990 she exhibits at the Palais des Congres of Montreux, Switzerland, and appears as Guest of Honour at the Palais des Congres in Paris in occasion of the 5th Festival of Japanese Art
  12. 12. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements From 1989 to 1993 she exhibits her works at the Festivals Paris-Osaka held in Osaka (Japan). She is awarded several prizes from Jury.
  13. 13. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1992-93 she exhibits in Paris at the Lutece Academy on the occasion of the 23rd and 24th Grand Prix International receiving prestigious prizes. In 1993 she exhibits in Hong-Kong at the International Festival of Arts.
  14. 14. Rita Cappello Angellotti Career’s achievements In 1994 the artist moves home, from Brussels, Belgium, to Monte-Carlo, on the Cote d’Azur. From 1995 to 2000 she holds several exhibitions in Monte Carlo and in St. Jean Cap Ferrat. The lastest, in May 2000 held at the Hotel Hermitage in Monte Carlo is introduced by International Art Critic, Michel Desforges.
