2. Page 2 EV Team Philly sends out its heartfelt thanks to everyone from EV headquarters for the financial support to the victims of Typhoon Ondoy. SEPTEMBER 30 Microsourcing Managers : Jules (HR), Gina (OD/ER), Stan (Yell), Harry (IT) and Xtn (EV) conducted an initial visit to deliver immediate support in the form of food, clothes, medicines, blankets, etc. OCTOBER 15 EV’s Xtn and Precy, along with Chino of HR made a second visit to deliver cash donations to those who were not able to visit the officer due to their conditions. OCTOBER 22 EV’s Xtn and Jake, along with Carlo of HR visited the residence of Alvin Rodriguez, who is the most affected EV staff. The following slides contain photos which documented the site visits.
3. Page 3 ALVIN RODRIGUEZ Alvin’s house was damaged most, with floods reaching the second floor. All their personal belongings were submerged in water.
4. Page 4 ALVIN RODRIGUEZ The walls made of wood were completely washed out, including the roof. Their only priority that time was to save everyone in the family, most especially the children. For weeks, they had to live in the nearby church.

Their house has not been visited since the typhoon and their family decided to rent a place for the meantime. Going to their house we had to ride a makeshift boat. The stench from stagnant water is very evident

7. Page 7 MOSES MOIT The ceiling of Moses’ house was soaked and the wood is about to collapse. Their personal belongings, appliances were also submerged in water.
