Mass market (350 millions parcels delivered in France to households) (figures « La Poste »)

 Non-quality rate (lost parcels and first delivery failure) > 25%
 E-BOX goal for 2010
 Automated delivery of 10.5 million parcels (3% of French market) based on a rotation rate of 3 days
per e-box system (hypothesis La Poste).
