A. Position (how high the hairline is going to be situated on the forehead)
B. Overall shape (bell vs round)
Positioning of hairline depends on
o Patients age
o Degree of hair loss
o Donor density and extent of usable donor hair
7. Where to start?
Central, anterior part(trichion) is the best place to decide position of
hairline
9. After the 5 points are established, the central point should be confirmed
from behind and distance to each lateral points measured to be equal by
tape measure
