DR. KAMAL’S
HOLISTIC APPROACHES TO SKIN CARE
Your skin is the largest organ in your body and requires daily
care to stay healthy.
There are thousands of skin care products available, but many of
are expensive or contain potentially harmful synthetic
ingredients.
fortunately, it is possible to care for our skin in a holistic way,
without having to rely on these types of products.
DR. KAMAL’S
SKIN CARE TIPS
From adult acne to dry skin to cellulite,
Dr. Kamal
got you covered with tips for your best skin ever
LOTION UP
 Daily moisturizing is the best defense against dry skin.
 Applying lotion right after you step out of the shower seals in the
moisture that your skin has just absorbed.
 And since hands are often the first indicators of aging, invest in a
heavy moisturizer to keep in your bag, car, and office.
GREEN GIANTS
 "Greens like spinach and arugula are packed with naturally
occurring antioxidants.
 For a radiant and blemish-free complexion, add a side salad to
your lunch or dinner
HEALINGHONEY
Dr. Kamal recommends honey for taking care
for dry, cracked lips.
 It helps to heal wounds and hydrate parched
skin, plus the anti-viral properties make it a
good cold sore remedy, too.
WRINKLE ERASER
 Topical retinoid have been shown to improve the skin's
texture and the appearance of fine lines.
 "So, for women looking for potent anti-agers, retinol is the
one must-have ingredient to help keep skin young."
SUN STOPPER
Stop stretch marks and scars from getting darker with sun
exposure by slathering them with a thick layer of sunscreen.
Apply a scar-minimizing topical at night to repair damaged
tissue while you slumber.
CHATTY CATHY
Yakking away on your cell phone for hours can lead to breakouts
and rashes along your jaw line and cheek.
Keep antibacterial wipes handy to swipe your phone clean and
help your skin stay clear.
A LITTLE OMEGA
 "A Mediterranean diet full of fish, fruit, vegetables, olive oil, and tea
provides the skin with the good omega fatty acids.
 "This diet also has the antioxidants your skin needs to maintain a healthy
glow and reverse sun damage."
PRODUCT PREVENTION
 We know you don't apply hair products to your face, but the residue can
end up there anyway. Next time you apply hairspray, cover your face with
a clean towel to protect your skin.
 Also, use a sweatband when you hit the gym to keep the products from
dripping down when you begin to sweat.
SLEEP IN
 Not getting enough Zzz's can cause stress, which leads to
breakouts and a dull complexion.
 Bottom line: Don't deprive your body and skin of sleep—it
uses that time to regenerate and recover from your day-to-day
activities.
SUN SHIELD
Squinting in the sun can contribute to those crow's feet, so always
sport sunglasses with UV protection.
Those with light-colored eyes have heightened light sensitivity, but
brown-eyed beauties should shade their peepers, too.
SAY AHHH…
 "Whether it's a facial, massage, or even a pedicure, be sure to pamper
yourself,“
 "Your health and appearance are positively influenced by increasing your
emotional and mental well-being.
 A visit to the Dr. Kamal Bio Magnetic Wellness Centre is a foolproof way
to promote stress relief and relaxation."
EYE CARE
 The skin around your eyes is the thinnest, so it shows the first
signs of aging. Even if you're in your 20s, preventative care
now will keep your eyes looking healthy for years to come.
 Use Dr. Kamal Magnetic Eye Care Massager 5-10 minutes
daily
SCRUB-A-DUB
 "When you exfoliate, you're evening out the skin's surface by revealing
fresh cells underneath
 "Exfoliate regularly to remove the dead, complexion-dulling skin cells
that can give you a dull appearance."
MILK MAID
 Add a few cups of milk to your next bath to take advantage of its lactic
acid,
 a natural skin-softener.
 Dr. Kamal suggests throwing in a few teaspoons of honey for an anti-
bacterial bonus.
DON'T SWEAT IT
 When your body heats up, sweating helps it keep your core temperature
down.
 Unfortunately, this can irritate skin and cause breakouts. To remedy, look
for a body wash that lists salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide as an ingredient
on the label.
VITAMIN BOOST
Avocados contain healthy fats and vitamins C and E to keep
skin plump, bright, and hydrated. Keep a sliced one in your
work fridge for a super-quick snack.
SUPER FOODS
"Carrots and tomatoes are stocked with phytonutrients and
antioxidants, both of which protect against damaging free radicals,“
‘"The beta carotene and lycopene found in them also protect your skin
from sun damage and repair skin cells."
FLIP OVER
Sleeping in certain positions may result
in sleep lines
After a while, these lines can turn into
deep-set wrinkles, so hit the sheets
backside-first.
SMOKE SIGNALS
There are thousands of reasons why smoking is bad for you, but
did you know second-hand smoke can also be harmful to your
skin?
Though you may not be lighting up, being around smokers can
cause skin sagging and speed up the wrinkle process.
BUST A MOVE
Need yet another reason to work out? Exercise gives your face a
healthy glow by increasing blood flow. And when you sweat, it
clears the body of toxins and removes dead skins cells so new ones
can grow. Without regular exercise you may see an increase in age
spots, so grab your running shoes and hit the gym.
WAX OFF
"The hair in the bikini area tends to be coarse and thick, which is
ideal for waxing
"Plus, since the hair is pulled out from the root, it grows back
thinner over time.“
As if you needed another reason to get a bikini wax...
CHILL OUT
 Cucumber slices may be the international symbol for eye de-puffers, but
anything that's chilly will work to tone down darkness and bags.
 The coldness restricts blood vessels, which reduces swelling and puffiness.
Limit your application of bag-erasers to about five minutes to get the best
results.
HANDS OFF
We know it's tempting to mess with that pimple, but
resistance is key.
Popping and picking at the skin on your face will
push dirt and bacteria deeper into pores, which only
results in more breakout
TONE UP
Toners are a handy product to keep in your arsenal to help
balance pH levels in your skin, Look for ones that are free of
irritants like alcohol, fragrance, citrus, menthol, color, and other
aggressive extracts."
HYDRATE
Your skin needs more water than you normally drink, so look for
products with sodium hyaluronate, more commonly known as
hyaluronic acid, to help bring it to a normal pH level.
LOTION IN MODERATION
Laying on the lotion is good for your skin, right? Not quite.
Over moisturizing can cause you to break out, and can even give
you milia, the tiny white spots that are formed when dead skin cells
get trapped,
. So, think twice before you slather.
REST UP
 Skin cells are some of the most rapidly rejuvenating cells in the body. Take
away adequate rest, and they suffer,
 The body depends on sleep for every single thing it does.
 When skin cells don't turn over quickly enough, our skin looks dull and lifeless
and so do we.
BAN BUMPS
 Do you have little red bumps on the backs of your arms? You're most likely
suffering from keratosis pilaris—a common condition that stems from
blocked hair follicles.
 Abrasive scrubbing can exacerbate symptoms, so try using a lotion with
alpha- or beta-hydroxy acids to dissolve the bumps.
LEMON HEAD
A brighter complexion is on everyone's wishlist, but
the trick to getting one is easier than you might think.
Rub a lemon on your face.
TEA TIME
 Antioxidants have proven to be extremely important as an
aging preventative
 Dr. Kamal recommend looking for products that have a
complex of antioxidants, such as green tea, vitamin C, and
CoQ10.
TRY COCONUT
As an alternative to the usual glass of water, try coconut water.
It's a huge trend in Hollywood right now and helps to naturally
keep you hydrated.
TEST FIRST
If your skin is sensitive, test new products on the inside of
your wrist 24 hours before using it on your whole body.
Also, be sure to choose mild products specifically formulated
for sensitive skin.
BEAUTY SLEEP
 Wake up with soft, hydrated skin while tackling everything
from eczema to acne with an ultra-hydrating mask.
 Instead of washing the formula off, wear it overnight and blot
off the excess with a tissue at sun-up.
BODY BUFFER
Increase your circulation and give your body some extra
exfoliation by using a dry brush once a week for bright and
smooth skin.
 Afterwards, apply a creamy lotion to prevent flakes and seal in
moisture.
WINE NO
 One less serving of alcohol per day can make a noticeable difference in your
appearance.
 Alcohol dehydrates the skin (which causes wrinkles) while inflaming tissue.
 Combat these effects by watering down wine and liquor with club soda and
drinking a glass of water between alcoholic beverages.
PILLOW TALK
 No matter how tired you are, removing your makeup before bed is
a must, unless clogged pores, potential bacterial infections and
residue on your pillow (that can lead to sickness) are your thing.
 Keep makeup-removing wipes on your nightstand for a fail-proof
plan.
DITCH THE BREW
Can't figure out why you have dry skin? Caffeine may be the
culprit.
Replace the java with H2O, and add fruit slices, like orange or
lemon, to enhance the flavor.
HYDRATING SNACKS
Watermelon and cucumbers are loaded with water, so
naturally, eating them keeps you and your skin hydrated.
Enhance your complexion by enriching your diet with their
beautifying vitamins and anti-oxidants.
PROTEIN POWER
Protein plays a vital role in the
production of collagen and elastin,
so feed your complexion by
including healthy portions of meat,
fish, eggs, cheese, beans, soy and
lentils in your diet.
SUPPLEMENTAL SKIN SAVERS
 A healthy glow starts on the inside, so get a head start by
taking a daily multivitamin with C or E to combat fine lines
and pesky wrinkles.
 For smooth skin, stock up on fatty acids like omega-3 and
omega-6
STEAM CLEAN
 When humidity, sweat, makeup, and pollution build up in
your pores, they can look like dark blemishes.
 To maintain your luster, steam your face over a bowl of hot
water, cleanse with your usual face wash, and splash with cool
water to tighten your squeaky-clean face.
TANK THE TANNING BED
Avoid the tanning bed at all costs Even
being at the beach without sunscreen is
better than a tanning bed
OUT OF STEAM
 Think twice before cranking the shower handle all the way up: Long, steamy
showers can strip away the outermost layer of the epidermis, leading to dry,
scaly skin.
 Opt for lukewarm temps instead to glow from head to toe.
FORTIFIED FOODS
 Stock your cart with Romaine lettuce, spinach, cucumber, bell peppers, and
tomatoes on your next grocery run,
 A diet fortified with these silicone-rich foods fights wrinkles and keeps hair
and nails healthy.
OIL UP
Want silk-like skin, fast? "After a shower, while your skin's still
damp, apply olive oil all over your body and pat dry with a damp
towel.
SERVE LESS SALT
If your skin feels parched, it might be time to give up your pretzel
stash. Excess sodium in your diet can suck the moisture out of
skin and leave it dull and dry.
Cut back on salty treats and invest in a hydrating facial
moisturizer to combat the dehydration.
START WITH SPUDS
Potatoes have a skin-lightening enzyme called
catechol's that can fade dark under-eye circles
temporarily.
Twice a week, cut a potato into two thin slices and leave
them on your eyes for 10 minutes
GO CRAZY FOR KIWI
Vitamin C stimulates collagen synthesis and protects against
wrinkles
So stock up on kiwi, oranges, and grapefruit, which are all rich in
the nutrient.
FEED YOUR SKIN
 Crash dieting may seem like the best way to get back in your skinny
jeans, but skipping meals can cause skin to age faster and dry out more
quickly.
 Build up your skin's health by including vitamins C (oranges), B3
(peanuts), E (avocados), and A (sweet potatoes) in your meals.
STOMP OUT SUGAR
You're going to hate us for saying it, but avoid the sweet stuff
whenever possible.
Proteins in your skin react with excessive sugar, which causes your
skin to age faster.
SKIN SMOOTHERS
Adding sweet potatoes and carrots to your diet will keep your skin
incredibly smooth
They are rich in beta-carotene and, when ingested, are converted
into vitamin A in your body, which helps keep skin touch ably
soft.
MORNING TEA
To calm puffy eyes in the morning Dr. kamal recommends
steeping two green tea bags and letting them sit in the fridge for
at least 20 minutes before applying them.
The caffeine helps increase micro-circulation, and the coolness
feels oh-so refreshing
MINERAL MAGIC
Zinc, copper and selenium are required for collagen production,
a healthy immune system and keeping your skin elastic
Add more of these minerals to your diet with foods like chicken,
lean beef, walnuts, chickpeas, and dried fruits.
CUT THE BOOZE
Alcohol zaps the body of vitamin A, an important anti-oxidant
that is necessary for repairing skin tissue.
when vitamin A levels drop below normal, your skin will look dry
and flaky.
SEX = EXERCISE
And now the good news we've all been waiting for:
Getting busy in the bedroom can help ward off signs
of aging.
Sex boosts collagen production, which keeps
pigmentation issues and sagging at bay.

Dr.Kamal's Holistic Approach For Healthy Skin

  • 1. DR. KAMAL’S HOLISTIC APPROACHES TO SKIN CARE Your skin is the largest organ in your body and requires daily care to stay healthy. There are thousands of skin care products available, but many of are expensive or contain potentially harmful synthetic ingredients. fortunately, it is possible to care for our skin in a holistic way, without having to rely on these types of products.
  • 2. DR. KAMAL’S SKIN CARE TIPS From adult acne to dry skin to cellulite, Dr. Kamal got you covered with tips for your best skin ever
  • 3. LOTION UP  Daily moisturizing is the best defense against dry skin.  Applying lotion right after you step out of the shower seals in the moisture that your skin has just absorbed.  And since hands are often the first indicators of aging, invest in a heavy moisturizer to keep in your bag, car, and office.
  • 4. GREEN GIANTS  "Greens like spinach and arugula are packed with naturally occurring antioxidants.  For a radiant and blemish-free complexion, add a side salad to your lunch or dinner
  • 5. HEALINGHONEY Dr. Kamal recommends honey for taking care for dry, cracked lips.  It helps to heal wounds and hydrate parched skin, plus the anti-viral properties make it a good cold sore remedy, too.
  • 6. WRINKLE ERASER  Topical retinoid have been shown to improve the skin's texture and the appearance of fine lines.  "So, for women looking for potent anti-agers, retinol is the one must-have ingredient to help keep skin young."
  • 7. SUN STOPPER Stop stretch marks and scars from getting darker with sun exposure by slathering them with a thick layer of sunscreen. Apply a scar-minimizing topical at night to repair damaged tissue while you slumber.
  • 8. CHATTY CATHY Yakking away on your cell phone for hours can lead to breakouts and rashes along your jaw line and cheek. Keep antibacterial wipes handy to swipe your phone clean and help your skin stay clear.
  • 9. A LITTLE OMEGA  "A Mediterranean diet full of fish, fruit, vegetables, olive oil, and tea provides the skin with the good omega fatty acids.  "This diet also has the antioxidants your skin needs to maintain a healthy glow and reverse sun damage."
  • 10. PRODUCT PREVENTION  We know you don't apply hair products to your face, but the residue can end up there anyway. Next time you apply hairspray, cover your face with a clean towel to protect your skin.  Also, use a sweatband when you hit the gym to keep the products from dripping down when you begin to sweat.
  • 11. SLEEP IN  Not getting enough Zzz's can cause stress, which leads to breakouts and a dull complexion.  Bottom line: Don't deprive your body and skin of sleep—it uses that time to regenerate and recover from your day-to-day activities.
  • 12. SUN SHIELD Squinting in the sun can contribute to those crow's feet, so always sport sunglasses with UV protection. Those with light-colored eyes have heightened light sensitivity, but brown-eyed beauties should shade their peepers, too.
  • 13. SAY AHHH…  "Whether it's a facial, massage, or even a pedicure, be sure to pamper yourself,“  "Your health and appearance are positively influenced by increasing your emotional and mental well-being.  A visit to the Dr. Kamal Bio Magnetic Wellness Centre is a foolproof way to promote stress relief and relaxation."
  • 14. EYE CARE  The skin around your eyes is the thinnest, so it shows the first signs of aging. Even if you're in your 20s, preventative care now will keep your eyes looking healthy for years to come.  Use Dr. Kamal Magnetic Eye Care Massager 5-10 minutes daily
  • 15. SCRUB-A-DUB  "When you exfoliate, you're evening out the skin's surface by revealing fresh cells underneath  "Exfoliate regularly to remove the dead, complexion-dulling skin cells that can give you a dull appearance."
  • 16. MILK MAID  Add a few cups of milk to your next bath to take advantage of its lactic acid,  a natural skin-softener.  Dr. Kamal suggests throwing in a few teaspoons of honey for an anti- bacterial bonus.
  • 17. DON'T SWEAT IT  When your body heats up, sweating helps it keep your core temperature down.  Unfortunately, this can irritate skin and cause breakouts. To remedy, look for a body wash that lists salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide as an ingredient on the label.
  • 18. VITAMIN BOOST Avocados contain healthy fats and vitamins C and E to keep skin plump, bright, and hydrated. Keep a sliced one in your work fridge for a super-quick snack.
  • 19. SUPER FOODS "Carrots and tomatoes are stocked with phytonutrients and antioxidants, both of which protect against damaging free radicals,“ ‘"The beta carotene and lycopene found in them also protect your skin from sun damage and repair skin cells."
  • 20. FLIP OVER Sleeping in certain positions may result in sleep lines After a while, these lines can turn into deep-set wrinkles, so hit the sheets backside-first.
  • 21. SMOKE SIGNALS There are thousands of reasons why smoking is bad for you, but did you know second-hand smoke can also be harmful to your skin? Though you may not be lighting up, being around smokers can cause skin sagging and speed up the wrinkle process.
  • 22. BUST A MOVE Need yet another reason to work out? Exercise gives your face a healthy glow by increasing blood flow. And when you sweat, it clears the body of toxins and removes dead skins cells so new ones can grow. Without regular exercise you may see an increase in age spots, so grab your running shoes and hit the gym.
  • 23. WAX OFF "The hair in the bikini area tends to be coarse and thick, which is ideal for waxing "Plus, since the hair is pulled out from the root, it grows back thinner over time.“ As if you needed another reason to get a bikini wax...
  • 24. CHILL OUT  Cucumber slices may be the international symbol for eye de-puffers, but anything that's chilly will work to tone down darkness and bags.  The coldness restricts blood vessels, which reduces swelling and puffiness. Limit your application of bag-erasers to about five minutes to get the best results.
  • 25. HANDS OFF We know it's tempting to mess with that pimple, but resistance is key. Popping and picking at the skin on your face will push dirt and bacteria deeper into pores, which only results in more breakout
  • 26. TONE UP Toners are a handy product to keep in your arsenal to help balance pH levels in your skin, Look for ones that are free of irritants like alcohol, fragrance, citrus, menthol, color, and other aggressive extracts."
  • 27. HYDRATE Your skin needs more water than you normally drink, so look for products with sodium hyaluronate, more commonly known as hyaluronic acid, to help bring it to a normal pH level.
  • 28. LOTION IN MODERATION Laying on the lotion is good for your skin, right? Not quite. Over moisturizing can cause you to break out, and can even give you milia, the tiny white spots that are formed when dead skin cells get trapped, . So, think twice before you slather.
  • 29. REST UP  Skin cells are some of the most rapidly rejuvenating cells in the body. Take away adequate rest, and they suffer,  The body depends on sleep for every single thing it does.  When skin cells don't turn over quickly enough, our skin looks dull and lifeless and so do we.
  • 30. BAN BUMPS  Do you have little red bumps on the backs of your arms? You're most likely suffering from keratosis pilaris—a common condition that stems from blocked hair follicles.  Abrasive scrubbing can exacerbate symptoms, so try using a lotion with alpha- or beta-hydroxy acids to dissolve the bumps.
  • 31. LEMON HEAD A brighter complexion is on everyone's wishlist, but the trick to getting one is easier than you might think. Rub a lemon on your face.
  • 32. TEA TIME  Antioxidants have proven to be extremely important as an aging preventative  Dr. Kamal recommend looking for products that have a complex of antioxidants, such as green tea, vitamin C, and CoQ10.
  • 33. TRY COCONUT As an alternative to the usual glass of water, try coconut water. It's a huge trend in Hollywood right now and helps to naturally keep you hydrated.
  • 34. TEST FIRST If your skin is sensitive, test new products on the inside of your wrist 24 hours before using it on your whole body. Also, be sure to choose mild products specifically formulated for sensitive skin.
  • 35. BEAUTY SLEEP  Wake up with soft, hydrated skin while tackling everything from eczema to acne with an ultra-hydrating mask.  Instead of washing the formula off, wear it overnight and blot off the excess with a tissue at sun-up.
  • 36. BODY BUFFER Increase your circulation and give your body some extra exfoliation by using a dry brush once a week for bright and smooth skin.  Afterwards, apply a creamy lotion to prevent flakes and seal in moisture.
  • 37. WINE NO  One less serving of alcohol per day can make a noticeable difference in your appearance.  Alcohol dehydrates the skin (which causes wrinkles) while inflaming tissue.  Combat these effects by watering down wine and liquor with club soda and drinking a glass of water between alcoholic beverages.
  • 38. PILLOW TALK  No matter how tired you are, removing your makeup before bed is a must, unless clogged pores, potential bacterial infections and residue on your pillow (that can lead to sickness) are your thing.  Keep makeup-removing wipes on your nightstand for a fail-proof plan.
  • 39. DITCH THE BREW Can't figure out why you have dry skin? Caffeine may be the culprit. Replace the java with H2O, and add fruit slices, like orange or lemon, to enhance the flavor.
  • 40. HYDRATING SNACKS Watermelon and cucumbers are loaded with water, so naturally, eating them keeps you and your skin hydrated. Enhance your complexion by enriching your diet with their beautifying vitamins and anti-oxidants.
  • 41. PROTEIN POWER Protein plays a vital role in the production of collagen and elastin, so feed your complexion by including healthy portions of meat, fish, eggs, cheese, beans, soy and lentils in your diet.
  • 42. SUPPLEMENTAL SKIN SAVERS  A healthy glow starts on the inside, so get a head start by taking a daily multivitamin with C or E to combat fine lines and pesky wrinkles.  For smooth skin, stock up on fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6
  • 43. STEAM CLEAN  When humidity, sweat, makeup, and pollution build up in your pores, they can look like dark blemishes.  To maintain your luster, steam your face over a bowl of hot water, cleanse with your usual face wash, and splash with cool water to tighten your squeaky-clean face.
  • 44. TANK THE TANNING BED Avoid the tanning bed at all costs Even being at the beach without sunscreen is better than a tanning bed
  • 45. OUT OF STEAM  Think twice before cranking the shower handle all the way up: Long, steamy showers can strip away the outermost layer of the epidermis, leading to dry, scaly skin.  Opt for lukewarm temps instead to glow from head to toe.
  • 46. FORTIFIED FOODS  Stock your cart with Romaine lettuce, spinach, cucumber, bell peppers, and tomatoes on your next grocery run,  A diet fortified with these silicone-rich foods fights wrinkles and keeps hair and nails healthy.
  • 47. OIL UP Want silk-like skin, fast? "After a shower, while your skin's still damp, apply olive oil all over your body and pat dry with a damp towel.
  • 48. SERVE LESS SALT If your skin feels parched, it might be time to give up your pretzel stash. Excess sodium in your diet can suck the moisture out of skin and leave it dull and dry. Cut back on salty treats and invest in a hydrating facial moisturizer to combat the dehydration.
  • 49. START WITH SPUDS Potatoes have a skin-lightening enzyme called catechol's that can fade dark under-eye circles temporarily. Twice a week, cut a potato into two thin slices and leave them on your eyes for 10 minutes
  • 50. GO CRAZY FOR KIWI Vitamin C stimulates collagen synthesis and protects against wrinkles So stock up on kiwi, oranges, and grapefruit, which are all rich in the nutrient.
  • 51. FEED YOUR SKIN  Crash dieting may seem like the best way to get back in your skinny jeans, but skipping meals can cause skin to age faster and dry out more quickly.  Build up your skin's health by including vitamins C (oranges), B3 (peanuts), E (avocados), and A (sweet potatoes) in your meals.
  • 52. STOMP OUT SUGAR You're going to hate us for saying it, but avoid the sweet stuff whenever possible. Proteins in your skin react with excessive sugar, which causes your skin to age faster.
  • 53. SKIN SMOOTHERS Adding sweet potatoes and carrots to your diet will keep your skin incredibly smooth They are rich in beta-carotene and, when ingested, are converted into vitamin A in your body, which helps keep skin touch ably soft.
  • 54. MORNING TEA To calm puffy eyes in the morning Dr. kamal recommends steeping two green tea bags and letting them sit in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before applying them. The caffeine helps increase micro-circulation, and the coolness feels oh-so refreshing
  • 55. MINERAL MAGIC Zinc, copper and selenium are required for collagen production, a healthy immune system and keeping your skin elastic Add more of these minerals to your diet with foods like chicken, lean beef, walnuts, chickpeas, and dried fruits.
  • 56. CUT THE BOOZE Alcohol zaps the body of vitamin A, an important anti-oxidant that is necessary for repairing skin tissue. when vitamin A levels drop below normal, your skin will look dry and flaky.
  • 57. SEX = EXERCISE And now the good news we've all been waiting for: Getting busy in the bedroom can help ward off signs of aging. Sex boosts collagen production, which keeps pigmentation issues and sagging at bay.
