Alt + Tab = toggle between two programs
Alt (hold) + Tab (press and release) = brings up box with all programs open
While still holding Alt down, press Tab to change selected program
3. Mac (same key stroke, different names):
Command + Tab = toggle between two programs
Cmd (hold) + Tab (press and release) = brings up box with all programs open
While still holding Cmd down, press Tab to change selected program
