Yves Djorno, PhD, is a senior partner of the PI Certified Partner Talentware. He helps clients better connect strategy and talents to improve their performance. For years, he has supported hundreds of organizations that wanted to accelerate their growth, by federating their teams around a shared vision, and aligning the right people for the right job. Previously, he worked in strategy consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and managed big transformations at BNP Paribas. He has taught strategy in business school for fifteen years.
