• Is there a hierarchy in the team?
• Can a junior member speak out openly?
• Are the opinions restricted to experienced members?
• Does team has the urge to be super stars, irrespective of their role?

Freedom to express themselves, staying calm & focused, switch on & off, long-
term associations, positive pep talks.
Confidence comes from not always being right, but from not fearing to be wrong
• Do they understand need for a process?
• Is there some process in place?
• Do they see it working?
• What do they think is required to make it work?
• Do they think a change in process is required?

Aim is to make “process” is not a taboo anymore in the team
Explain process without using word process, it’s everywhere

  • 14. • Does the team has required skills? • Can the team think analytically? • Does the team understand what is expected out of them? • Can they visualize how the output should look? Fundamentals Minimal technical corrections keeping individual’s strengths in-tact Know what your team is made of
  • 15. • Is there a hierarchy in the team? • Can a junior member speak out openly? • Are the opinions restricted to experienced members? • Does team has the urge to be super stars, irrespective of their role? Self confidence Freedom to express themselves, staying calm & focused, switch on & off, long- term associations, positive pep talks. Confidence comes from not always being right, but from not fearing to be wrong
