Fixing things now is better than fixing them later. Adding features later is better than adding them now. Never add them without good reasons. Opinions are no reasons. If something will kill you, it's technical debt. Scaling systems is easy, scaling people is hard. Diversity is more important than buddy culture. Better bold than indifference.
