  21. 21. ● Deployment of DLT tech should start small and cannot be scaled to the whole sector in the initial stages. ● There should be a clear identification of the use case or problem statement to align the technology with the goal. ● The Government / institutions should build the necessary support framework — robust data - open data - infrastructure. ● Leverage and prepare technical talent to support implementation of these technologies ● Example of India that is in a position to leverage research and application and catch up with AI leaders like China, US and Canada ● India has a thriving tech startup ecosystem, some that are involved in social entrepreneurship and tackling India’s social woes. For example, the startup Fasal aims at tackling precision agriculture with cognitive technologies. ● Governments that use these technologies and data will lead the global new wave(s).   22. 22. @dinisguarda Using artificial intelligence and blockchain and promoting innovation, a government can significantly improve the country people’s lives and modernise the country. Here’s how: 1. fully reap the benefits of new technologies is by preparing central bank and government and other institutions for these technologies and start an adoption gradual plan; 2. Creating a national plan offering major education programs and training for central bank and government management, employees; 3. Start a national SMEs and startups program towards digital economy slowly offering blockchain - AI using mobile simple smart phones. 4. Start pilots with blocksdna app to be used by population that can start using digital based messaging system and payments that can facilitate digitalisation of economy and society and slowly integrate other areas of society such as banking, payrolls and health. 5. Through the use of blocksdna software creating efforts in pooling general country populations, financial and health data. 6. Use blockchain for supply chain and promotion of the mining, solar efforts and fishing industry; 7. Use blockchain and AI in earlier and better diagnosis of diseases, safer roads... 8.
