»    20 Years DSW
     On December 12th 2011, DSW celebrated its twentieth
     anniversary. More than 200 guests came to Hannover,
     Germany, to join us in celebrating two decades of
     successful work. Since it was founded over twenty years

    After a long and extensive consultation process that
    involved the collective insights of our staff and
    partners from three continents, DSW successfully
    launched its strategic vision for the next five years.
    We have identified four measurable goals that will
    lead and shape the course of our work over the
