           Brainwave Frequencies
Meditation and prayer put one’s mental state in
the Beta range, where watching television put
one in the Theta range.
Watching television causes the viewer to enter a
trance-like state.

Drink Pure Water
Do you drink at least 10 or more 8oz.
glasses of clean water per day?
– No chlorinated, fluoridated tap water.
– Preferably distilled. If not, then it should be
  spring water that has been purified with reverse
  osmosis, micron filtration, ozonation and
  ultraviolet light.
Chemically treated water can cause many
undesirable health problems.
Pure Water & Dehydration
Thirst is the last response one’s body gives
to alert to dehydration.
Adequate hydration will end most
symptoms and prevent disease.
Morning sickness is caused by a signal from
the baby in the womb to the mother that it is
“thirsty”.
How Much Pure Water
       Should One Drink?
An easy method to use is where one takes their
body weight, divides it in half. Drink this amount
in ounces.
Example: You weigh 126 lbs. So divided in half is
63. So you would need to drink 63 ounces of
water per day for proper hydration.
Note: a US gallon contains 128 Fluid Ounces
Get Enough Sleep
Get to sleep by 9:30pm.
Only if one is asleep from between10pm to
2:00am will our body produce the necessary
healing hormones.
When one’s eyes are closed a rejuvenating
electrical field is generated in the body that
promotes healing.
Original Diet and Nutrition

 bearing plants throughout the earth and all the
 fruit trees for your food. Gen. 1:29 NLT
We were created only to eat produce. If one
 compares our digestive track to other animals,
 we match the herbivores not the carnivores!
Raw vs. Cooked

Cooking destroys enzymes that are naturally
present in the produce and help in digestion.
Cooked food takes longer to digest and lowers
one’s enzyme production reserves.
Raw food is digested easier and leaves more
energy for activity and leaves one feeling
energetic and not tired and drowsy.
Vegan Diet and Nutrition
Vegan (no animal protein) diet preferably
organic with fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable
juices.
– If you are ill then your immune system needs
  rebuilding. Dr. Lorraine Day recommends 13
  glasses of several kinds of fresh juices if you are
  recovering from any illness.
– The typical American diet initiates an immune
  defense response instead of a digestive one.
Diet and Nutrition Continued
Animal protein (flesh foods; diary, eggs, meat, fish)
causes our body to become acidic and in order for it to
adjust the pH level it pulls minerals including calcium
from the bones and other places.
– Uric acid crystals (formed from digestion of flesh foods) collect
  in the joints and are a major cause of arthritis. Drinking pure
  water eliminates this.
– Animals and people concentrate toxins (pesticides, herbicides,
  chemicals) in their muscle tissue. Meat is muscle tissue.
– During periods of intestinal inactivity, the body eliminates
  these toxins. Fasting is a great way for detoxification.
Proper Amounts of Exercise
An hour of aerobic movement everyday is
great for your cardiovascular system.
Anaerobic weight lifting burns away fat and
builds health toned muscles.
Stretching and exercise
– Moves the lymphatic system’s fluid
– Allows toxins to exit one’s body
Fresh Air
Breathing fresh outside air that is full of negative ions
(good) which attract positive particulate matter is great
for health.
Most indoor air is full of positive ions (bad) and is
polluted with chemical solvent fumes, carpet dust and
fumes, dust mites and their feces and other
contaminates. A large number of homes are so air-tight
that the “dirty” air is just recycled and never purified.
One should expose as much of their body to fresh
outside air everyday, it is the most important nutrient
to one’s body.
Importance of Sunlight
Sunlight does not cause skin cancer it is absolutely
mandatory for health. Just avoid the strongest
sunlight of the day. Poor nutrition causes skin
cancer
Decreases resting heart rate.
Decreases blood sugar levels by causing glucose
to enter the cells like insulin.
Decreases cyclic AMP which calms the nervous
system.

Lowers blood pressure.
Lowers cholesterol by converting it to Vitamin D.
Enhances the immune system.
Increases ones body’s ability to resist infection.
Increases one’s tolerance to stress.
Kills bacteria, and helps heal stomach ulcers
More on Sunlight
Avoid sunglasses. The eyes need full spectrum
sunlight. Light that comes in though the eyes
regulates the body’s natural rhythms and
hormonal production.
Expose as much of your nude body to the sun
without sun screen everyday.

Sunlight Studies
A study was done at Baylor University on two sets
 of experimental animals. One group was given
 the standard American diet and the other was
 given a highly nutritious one. 25% of the group
 fed the American fare develop-ed skin cancers.
 The other group did not.

Our ancestors lived in the sun for 1000’s of years,
 only since the 1930’s has skin cancer appeared.
 This is due to change in diet not the sun.
Laughter
 Stimulates and boost the immune system for
 up to 12 hours.
 Anger suppresses it for 4.
Healthy children laugh a lot, adults need to
 express joy as laughter more often for their
 own health.

  content. When sugar burns it caramelizes. causing the

• Contains Saltpeter (potassium or sodium nitrate) This
  additive causes the tobacco to burn whether it is being
  smoked or not. Saltpeter can be dug from the ground but
  it is cheaper to get it from under bat dung piles.
• Choose all natural tobacco (no chemical additives) and
  roll your own. This way you can also use paper that
  does not contain the “extinguish” rings (carpet glue).
Fats & Oils
In our society we are lead to believe that no or low
fat diets are good.
Our bodies absolutely need essential types of
fatty-acids and oils. Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids are
readily found in flax, hemp, and avocado. Without
them one gains weight and ages quicker.
Avoid heating oils because it changes the
molecular structure of the fatty acid and is no
longer digestible.
Toxic Food
Stop eating all processed foods.
Chemicals, and empty calories are damaging.
Food dyes, bleached white flours and
hydrogenated oils are terrible for our bodies
to assimilate and use for energy or tissue
rebuilding.
If it has a ingredient list avoid buying it.
Toxic Sugars
Stop eating all forms of concentrated sugar.
100 grams of simple sugars such as glucose, sucrose,
fructose, honey or orange juice will paralyze your
immune system for up to 5 hours. It reduces the ability
of neutrophils to engulf and destroy bacteria.
Lymphocyte activity is also depressed. The same
amount of starch had no negative effect.
During an infection, consumption of sugar, even in the
form of fruit juices, can be harmful to the immune
system. Short term fasting should be encouraged,
particularly for the first 36 hours of an acute infectious.

        Dairy Products
Casein (found in all animal based milk) is one
of the most difficult protein for our bodies to
break down.
Casein promotes all forms of cancer.
Casein and high protein diets create a acid
environment within your body and is an ideal
place for all forms of degenerative disease.

Bathroom Toxins
Begin reading the labels of personal hygiene
products. These products contain some of the
most damaging chemicals, toxins and poisons.
Cosmetics are not regulated by the FDA for
what they contain.
What you put on your body is directly
absorbed by your largest organ, your skin.
Steps to Detoxify
Ridding your body of toxins is the beginning to
optimum health.
It allows one to experience the renewed vigor
and strength that a clean system functions with.
You may experience sickness and fatigue as
your body expels the contaminants. This is a
natural part of healing.

If not, then it should be spring water that has been purified with reverse osmosis, micron filtration, ozonation and ultraviolet light. Chemically treated water can cause many undesirable health problems.
  • 18. Pure Water & Dehydration Thirst is the last response one’s body gives to alert to dehydration. Adequate hydration will end most symptoms and prevent disease. Morning sickness is caused by a signal from the baby in the womb to the mother that it is “thirsty”.
  • 19. How Much Pure Water Should One Drink? An easy method to use is where one takes their body weight, divides it in half. Drink this amount in ounces. Example: You weigh 126 lbs. So divided in half is 63. So you would need to drink 63 ounces of water per day for proper hydration. Note: a US gallon contains 128 Fluid Ounces
  • 20. Get Enough Sleep Get to sleep by 9:30pm. Only if one is asleep from between10pm to 2:00am will our body produce the necessary healing hormones. When one’s eyes are closed a rejuvenating electrical field is generated in the body that promotes healing.

  • 23. Vegan Diet and Nutrition Vegan (no animal protein) diet preferably organic with fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. – If you are ill then your immune system needs rebuilding. Diet and Nutrition Continued Animal protein (flesh foods; diary, eggs, meat, fish) causes our body to become acidic and in order for it to adjust the pH level it pulls minerals including calcium from the bones and other places. – Uric acid crystals (formed from digestion of flesh foods) collect in the joints and are a major cause of arthritis. Drinking pure water eliminates this. – Animals and people concentrate toxins (pesticides, herbicides, chemicals) in their muscle tissue. Meat is muscle tissue. – During periods of intestinal inactivity, the body eliminates these toxins. Fasting is a great way for detoxification.
  • 25. Proper Amounts of Exercise An hour of aerobic movement everyday is great for your cardiovascular system. Anaerobic weight lifting burns away fat and builds health toned muscles. Stretching and exercise – Moves the lymphatic system’s fluid – Allows toxins to exit one’s body
  • 26. Fresh Air Breathing fresh outside air that is full of negative ions (good) which attract positive particulate matter is great for health. Most indoor air is full of positive ions (bad) and is polluted with chemical solvent fumes, carpet dust and fumes, dust mites and their feces and other contaminates. A large number of homes are so air-tight that the “dirty” air is just recycled and never purified. One should expose as much of their body to fresh outside air everyday, it is the most important nutrient to one’s body.
  • 27. Importance of Sunlight Sunlight does not cause skin cancer it is absolutely mandatory for health. Just avoid the strongest sunlight of the day. Poor nutrition causes skin cancer Decreases resting heart rate. Decreases blood sugar levels by causing glucose to enter the cells like insulin. Decreases cyclic AMP which calms the nervous system.
