If the world community of bloggers was ever said to have received a collective boon, that boon
would have been WordPress and Joomla. These two excellent content management frameworks
are today revolutionising the ease of construction, operation and alteration of blogs and
websites. Both formats are open source and publically managed- meaning that the source code
is released to the public, and experienced web programmers and even users can suggest and
MAKE changes to WordPress and Joomla, in order to iron out all the creases, and to develop truly
