Generally, in starting of weight loss programme people lose it very speedily but after some week they see no difference and after some more weeks, they put more weight than they lost. They don't understand why this is happening they work harder and lose some weight and regain. Weight loss is a scientific process if we will follow that then we will not gain again. To lose weight without starving and gym schedule we will have to understand that process. I have tried to clear all myths about weight loss and how people are cheated by weight loss product selling companies. By this, you can easily decide your weight loss targets and achieve them comfortably.
