Bodybuilders could get as lean as they desired on a consistent

clockwork. Their diets were so precise that they could predict
exactly what weight they would reach on what day…
As much as 16 weeks in advance!
Furthermore, everything they performed was based on genuine,
tested research that was then evaluated in realistic conditions
with human people, not mice or other lab animals.
But, as wonderful as that sounded, there was one major flaw...

Because it was complicated, time-consuming, and restrictive,
only bodybuilders could do it...
As a result, I made it my life's purpose to research the
SCIENCE behind what they were doing...
And figure out how to adapt their particularly successful
concepts for busy professionals in a way that's simple,
convenient, and pleasurable, so it's long-term sustainable.
I started paying attention to what they were doing.
I also tried to figure out how they could consume SO MUCH
FOOD and still be so thin.
That's when I realised the importance of nutrient synthesis.
What I found was that these people weren't simply consuming
"healthy" foods...
They were eating STRATEGICALLY, combining different types
of foods at different times.

Most people understand the basic theory that when your body
is in a caloric deficit, it burns fat for energy.
BUT there’s a problem that most people
don’t realize… And that has to do with insulin. When
you consume carbohydrates or sugar, your blood
sugar levels rise dramatically. Insulin is subsequently
released to carry the sugar into your muscles and
liver, where it is used as an energy source.
If your muscles don't require that much energy, the
sugar is diverted to your fat cells.
Unfortunately, too much insulin in the bloodstream
prevents fat reserves from being accessed.
