meaning “Label” or “Ticket
 It is a practice and form
prescribed by social convention
or by an authority.

 It is the way we present ourselves to others,
  being comfortable and making others
  comfortable.

  BUSINESS ETIQUETTE
Determines success or
failures of a business.

For maintaining good
relationship with clients,
customers and employees.
MAINTAINING BUSINESS

Treat each other with
respect, irrespective
of their position.
Let others know that
you appreciate their
work and what they do.
Respect other’s time and

Men have to appear
impeccably groomed, so that
they look respectful.
