Dr. Fernandez has a wide experience both as teacher and as political consultant of cyber-politics, and electoral campaigning, having served in over 30 campaigns in Latinamerica, from local level to large presidential campaigns. During the last 20 years she have been teaching political communication, digital politics and public image courses in several graduate programs in Spain, Germany and Venezuela. She is also an experimented consultant in communication and modern technologies. Carmen’s professional experience is based on information technologies, 2.0 communication, political marketing and cyber-politics.
