  3. 3. In order to be feel healthy we have to actually be healthy. Improving your nutrition and fitness will improve your health. You can improve your nutrition by eating healthier options, and by substituting your regular poor eating for nutritious eating. To improve you r fitness you can start off by taking daily walks. You can then gradually go on to exercise routines, all while improving your fitness resulting in a healthier you.

  8. 8. You can protect your immune system by preparing your foods right. Your meats should be cooked at the right temperature and you should not eat food that may contain bacteria. You should also take vitamins to enhance your immune system.

  • Inform them that juvenile diabetes cannot be prevented but you can take care of yourself once diagnosed by doing all the things to prevent the other form of diabetes
  • Exercise. If it takes time to adjust to it then input simple exercises like walking places that are near instead of driving
  • Ask : how can they help to reduce environmental risks.
  • Asks who all takes vitamins and who all eats raw foods, and the advise of the dangers of raw foods and the importance of vitamins
