We create and provide a complex program TALENTWAY™ for the interdisciplinary working, research and education, primary in B2B marketing of innovation based on the cooperation of Slovak and Austrian Economics and Technics Universities. The research is focused to the methodology development and application of TRL and MRL (Technology/Market Readiness Level) for innovation. We applicate this methodology into real business, innovation and start up projects and business preparation. The part of the innovation have been developed at the technological universities, other groups are real projects from the business praxis. The senior lectors and their students prepare specific marketing solutions for the market launch of the product, technology or material innovations. The aims of this system are to prepare the business solutions for innovators, to educate and trainee the next generation of B2B marketing specialist and to increase the success rate of innovation on the market through the explicit research and methodology development. The specific aim of the program TALENTWAY™ is to awake the talent and open the personal skills of the students during their study and use the study time in their working on a real project for the praxis. For this aim we use the PBL – project based learning and a structure of interdisciplinary thematic clubs. The business partners can choose the best students and graduates for the internship programme or for the part time/full time job position.
