Essay On The Night
It's just a normal day, the sun is high, and so is the heat, the birds are cheerfully chirping, and the
air is crisp and fresh. The hotels just happen to be extremely packed with guests, mainly couples,
either traveling, looking for a place to cool off, or coming on "official love business". It's even
worse when you have an enticing name that draws couples, and the occasional single, in like a
moth to a flame. The name was super simple, but it still drew quite the crowd. Maybe it wasn't just
the name, the staff there kinda only happened to be girls that were visually attractive, only some of
them were intelligently attractive, the rest were just plain dumb and apparently all that really
mattered these days were how pretty you are and how...show more content...
She happened to be the most intellectual one there, and she was kinda playing her life smart, fall in
love once and try not to make any one night stands. It went pretty good, even though her boss was
attracted to her more than any of the other staff, and she received a lot of propositions from guys,
but besides that i guess it made her feel good and bad at the same time rejecting people like this.
Then there happened to be one guy that would walk in that she kept her eye on, he came in
regularly, and shockingly didn't hop around the girls. He stuck to one girl, or bitch to some, and i
guess that kinda created some kind of seed of jealousy in her, although shyness would get the best
of her if he ever looked her way, boy that oughta be frustrating. Then after like 4 months of coming
in regularly he stopped and at the same time that happened, Chrystal, the bitch girlfriend of his, was
acting strange. If you were smart enough to figure it out, yeah, they had a fallout. After that,
Chrystal started sleeping around with other guys kinda making it obvious that she wasn't dating for
real anymore, it made it very obvious. So pretty much life just resumed to normal, except for the fact
that one customer didn't show up for about 2 months, everything was back to just the way it was 6
months ago.
Now it's present day and everything is as it should be, business is good, people are enjoying
themselves, it's hot as hell outside, but it's beautiful and sunny. Angel

Essay On A Night
There was always a certain amount of risk involved in taking these excursions, and as the stretch
Audi A8L crept along the line of similar black cars, the tension within it mounted. Inside her
elbow–high gloves her palms were damp from sweat. Her heart beat was in her throat, ticking out a
rhythm slightly faster than her cool persona conveyed. And Mallory was fidgeting with his lapel
again. His tick annoyed her, it made her more nervous than she needed to be. This wasn't the first
time they'd played this little game. Although, with recent events being what they were, it may very
well be her last. "You should put your mask on," the heavily sweating, somewhat well–padded man
to her right fussed. Mallory was a loyal man, she asked him to...show more content...
The night air was cool, and there were dozens of people milling about. Plenty of wealthy men were
leading high–dollar escorts along on their arms, and that's what they all naturally assumed she was.
At their turn to enter, a slim blonde woman welcomed them to the Rose and Thorn club. Aislinn
had seen her before, and she still felt that sharp red lipstick was too harsh. Something soft, more
neutral, would make her lips look so much more kissable. Mallory was sweating buckets by the
time he pressed his thumb to the tablet the blonde held out to him. So much so that he smeared
the screen, which Aislinn was amused to see displeased the pretty blonde. "Please enjoy the even,
Mr. Mallory," she chirped pleasantly, covertly cleaning her tablet as Mallory rushed forward.
Aislinn barely had time to admire the somehow macabre, and yet beautifully crafted cocoon in
the web of ropes over the entrance. She had just enough time to wonder what the person inside
was experiencing before she lost sight of it. Once inside, she extracted her arm delicately from
Mallory's death grip. The poor man looked like he was about to hyperventilate... but that was par
for the course where he was concerned. From a pocket inside is jacket he produced a handkerchief
that was already in too sad a state to mop–up the sweat he was desperately wiping from her brow.
"Breath, David," she whispered with a laugh. Her voice was muffled by the mask, but the look her
gave her made

Essay about Night by Elie Wiesel
Night is a novel written from the perspective of a Jewish teenager, about his experiences as a
prisoner during the Holocaust. Our teenager named Eliezer grew up in the small community of
Sighet, located in Hungarian Transylvania. It's here that Eliezer studies religion, both the Cabbala
and the Torah. At the beginning of the war Eliezer was dedicated and absolute in his belief of God,
but throughout the events of World War II his faith slowly starts to wither away. Eliezer's main
conflict that governs the story would be sustaining his belief in God. This becomes especially hard
throughout the book, as he has to face more and more challenging issues. Moshe the Beadle is the
one character that Eliezer learned about his faith from, Moshes...show more content...
It's in these moments that Eliezer has lost all faith he had in humanity and religion, which he had
previously learned from Moshe. One point in the story that Eliezer questions his faith in God is
when they are forced to watch the hanging of other prisoners, one time the Gestapo even hangs and
kills a small child for being associated with the rebels. It seems that during this point the prisoners
start to react for means of survival only, family members were turning on each other. The prisoners
turn cold hearted and cruel towards each other because now their only concern is survival. Because
of the horrific events in the concentration camp and the ever–present risk of death does Eliezer begin
to lose his faith in humanity and his God. Eliezer has a tough time understanding how the world
and the Gestapo can be capable of this much fury. Because his teachings tell him that God is
good, and since God is everywhere the world therefore must be good. Another strong theme from
the book is the importance of family bonds, especially if that's all you have left in harsh
conditions. Eliezer has a hard time watching the other families interact because they no longer
share a special bond of love but instead share the idea of selfishness. More than once Eliezer
experiences the rupture of the bond a family shares between both the father and son. He describes
his bond with his father as a support system; they both ensure the other has enough to survive
