Situation Client is a large NYC based non-profit organization with more
than 200 users spread out across 4 locations. At the corporate office, inef-
ficiencies in the network infrastructure and a catastrophic switch failure led
to downtime and multiple days of lost productivity.
Challenge Cabling issues and an inadequate network diagram hampered
the client’s ability to quickly identify and remediate the issue. Mail delivery
issues were rampant and a turnkey fix to address deep underlying issues
was required.
Solution CRA proposed their Manage360° solution and infrastructure im-
provements to ensure stability, uptime, and resiliency. Our comprehensive
