For the past eight years, my focus has been on experience design and innovation strategy.
Innovation and problem solving for our future is what really excites me, as well as helping brands reinvent themselves in order to connect with customers in new and meaningful ways. At Publicis Sapient I have worked on a range of finance, health-care, luxury and retail accounts. My projects have included retail strategies for M&S and F&F, product innovation for SKY to brand experience for B&O.
These days, a lot of my time is spent setting strategic direction and concepts for the world of retail. Finding the best ways to bridge the gap between digital and physical customer moment.
