Introduction
Agent Hub is used to have full property management that caters
to all property professionals and property sectors. Agent Hub
CRM can be customized to each customer-specific needs in
addition to the out-of-the-box features. In this, users can manage
their contacts, properties/projects, pipeline, marketing
campaigns, and their day-to-day business tasks.
Agent Hub will manage all aspects of residential and commercial
letting/leasing, unit and block management, company
communication, general business, property finance, day-to-day
tasks, and event management as standard. Due to the scalability
of the Salesforce platform, Agent Hub app is completely
customizable and can be updated and altered at any time,
allowing your system to grow with your business.

4. Matching Components
● The matching component is basically a phenomenon used in our
project to track the Matching properties for a particular client
requirement record. It also enables us to track the client
requirements matching with the record of properties.
We have the following buttons used in client requirement and property
records:
➢ Send Email with a brochure (For both Client
Requirements and Property): On the Client
requirement record, Send Email is used
to send email to the contact of client requirement with
the details of property records.

5. And from property record, Send Email is used to send email to the contact of matching client requirements.
➢ Schedule Viewings (For Client Requirement Only): Schedule Viewings button is used for creating the
viewing record in the calendar by filling the Viewing Date and Time and an email will be sent on the
creation of the viewing record.
➢ Log a call (For Property Only): It is used to create the “Log a call” record for the selected client
requirements and the log a call record will be shown in the activity
component under the log call tab.

7. The gallery tab is basically used to add different types of images for the property record. This tab has the
following sections:
● Property Images: In this, user can upload property images using the Upload images button and
the user sets the main image for the property while uploading the images. Users can re-order
the property Image and can delete the image by using the Delete button.
● Rooms: In this, user can upload Rooms’ Images with room Name, Length, Width, Dimensions,
and Descriptions details. Also, they can edit the details of rooms by clicking on the Edit rooms
button.
● Preset Space for Floor Plans: In this, user can upload Floor Plans Images and delete a
particular image by clicking the delete button.
● Preset Space EPC: In this, user can upload EPC images and it has one more feature using which
users can upload PDF files.
● Vimeo Video: In this, users can provide the link of the Vimeo video of the property.
● YouTube Video: In this, users can provide the link of the YouTube video of the property.

9. Create Brochure functionality
Create a Brochure button is used to create the brochure for property
records. In this, users can select the main image to be shown in the
brochure also other property images, Preset Space For Floor Plans
Images, Company Logo and after clicking the save button the
brochure PDF gets generated.

11. Chain Details on Deals Agreed
Chain Detail tab is used on the Deals’ Agreed record. Chain Detail is basically
used to track the details of the property-related information on which deals
record is created. It has basically three information about Property Vendor,
Selling Agent & Property, and Purchaser. Users can create the Chain Detail
record by clicking the “+” button below, It shows Seller Name, Seller Solicitor,
Property, Deals Agreed ID (Disabled form) auto-filled in this there is “+”
button in all fields to create the new record of Property, Property Agent,
Buyer Name, Buyer Solicitor, Seller Name, Seller Solicitor, and Property Estate
Agent. When the user clicks the “+” button above to create the chain detail
record, Buyer Name, Buyer Solicitor, Property, Deal Agreed ID(Disabled form)
are auto-filled and “+” button in front of the field is used to create the new
records of different fields.

13. Sales Progression Notes on Deals
Agreed
Sales Progression Notes’ component is attached to the Deals agreed records. It has two fields
Title and Body and by filling these fields and clicking the Save button Sales progression Note’s
record is created. Sales progression Note’s record is also created when the user fills the
“Progression Notes” field while creating the chain detail records.
