Hawaii. Included independent analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of network infrastructure, coordinated of in house
resources, as well as vendor and contractor activities in support of network repair actions.
Responsible for asset disposition of retired and surplus telecommunications hardware. Designed responsibility for
horizontal distribution of premise wiring, included copper and fiber, campus backbone infrastructure incorporating both
copper and fiber.

Senior PBX Technician
Responsible for the ongoing administration and maintenance for telecommunications infrastructure for two corporate
call center operation centers. The first call center is a three hundred seat call center located in Nacogdoches, Texas.
This center utilized a Nortel Option 81 C PBX which integrated to a Genesys automatic dialer platform for outbound
sales call generation. This Nortel 81 C PBX also integrated to Nortel Meridian Mail Release 12. Support for the call
center was also managed with Meridian MAX software application modules. In addition, Nortel Customer Controlled
Routing was also utilized in the management of the PBX to Genesys dialer integration.
The second call center was a three hundred and fifty seat call center located in Joplin, Missouri. The software and
hardware configuration was essentially identical to the Nacogdoches, Texas, call center operation. Both call centers
were in active outbound sales dialing for sixteen hours daily.
Responsible for daily operations directly related to the telecommunications infrastructure supporting the outbound sales
dialing activities. This included all administrative moves, added, and changed activities related to daily sales calling
activity. This consisted of the daily administration of telephones, voice mail accounts, and implementation of new
service requirements in premise telecommunications switching equipment.
