• Tonight’s tilt marks the third all-time meeting between the Wolves
and the Iowa Wild; the teams will battle 10 times during the 2013-14
campaign.
• The Wolves have grabbed three of the four possible points from the
first two tilts against Iowa this season (1-0-0-1), both of which were
played in Des Moines.
• Chicago posted a 9-7-2-0 regular-season record at Allstate Arena
against teams from the Hawkeye State when they battled the Iowa
Stars (2005-08) and Iowa Chops (2008-09) in previous seasons.
• The Wolves fell in regulation for the first time in seven games when
they dropped a 2-1 decision to Grand Rapids on Saturday (5-1-0-1);
