1. From Tenerife to Cyprus
April 2016- October 2016

2. ž AVITAE-day
The AVITAE-day 2016 was a huge success. A lot of students and
teachers tasted samples of the delicious recipes from the recipe-
book and got information about the project.

ž Promoting the Innovation guide and
Recipe-book
The innovation guide has been promoted to a lot of teachers in
Ørestad Gymnasium as well as other high schools and further
education (UCC in Copenhagen and even institutions in Calabria,
Italy and Spain). Also many of the guests at Oerestad have
benefitted from the results.

3. ž Collaboration with compulsory schools
Like former years, compulsory schools have also been exploiting the
results of the AVITAE-project. Last year, Skolen ved Fjorden, this year is
it Sofielundsskolen in Holbæk, which have benefitted from the results
of the project.
ž Engaging more pupils
The activities carried out in the project
have been used and reused in the
everyday teaching at Ørestad. A lot of the
results in terms of PowToon-videos can be
seen in Twinspace. This has been the case
in subjects like history as well as ICT

4. ž Working with local institutions and museums.
The high school has been working with the local library as well as
the Museum of Copenhagen. A video about this can be seen

The project has also been promoted to the
company, DELL and several AVITAE-students
have participated in a business-event.

Discussion about books and booklets and
project with a point of departure in the
innovation model is ongoing with for instance
UCC, Polytechnical Publishers and Eniga

5. ž “Notte Bianca del Liceo Classico”
The AVITAE team, divided in small groups -
each devoted to one of our mobilities -
held information desks, talking to parents,
students and other visitors. AVITAE videos
and pictures were shown. Even to the The
Major of the town. (January 2016).
ž “Festa dell’Europa”,
During this event organized by the town of
Lucca, the AVITAE team took part in the
“Mobility Fair”, opening an information
desk, where they showed pictures and
videos and gave information about our
project. (May 2016)

6. ž Amico Museo
In this event launched by the Regione Toscana The AVITAE team
supported the school staff in organizing the night visits to the
museum located inside our school and branded our local event
as “Notte al Museo” and took a chance to talk about the
project to the many visitors we had during the evening. Copies of
the AVITAE newspaper were distributed.(May 2016)
ž Anniversary of Shakespeare's death
to celebrate the 400th anniversary of
Shakespeare’s death, the school in
collaboration with the town theatre (“Teatro
del Giglio”), organized an event named In
Love with William Shakespeare: bewitched,
and was branded by the AVITAE Team: one
of the students (Ilda Tabaku) designed the
advertising poster, shown below, bearing
the Erasmus logo. (June 2016)

7. ž “Notte Bianca di Lucca”
The school held an evening opening of the school building as well as
of the museum located inside, the AVITAE team supported the
school staff in organizing the visits and took a chance to talk about
the project to the many visitors. The Minister of Education Stefania
Giannini was present, and the Headmistress of the school talked to
her about the AVITAE project.(September 2016)

9. ž AVITAE-day (June 2016)
After the Meeting in Tenerife we
celebrated our AVITAE day with a
Skype conversation with our program
fellows in Finland.
We took all the "Universal Market"
models which our students had made
and the absolute wonderful posters
that the Danish and Greek teams
had brought for the meeting in
Tenerife, and we prepared an
exhibition for the whole high school.

All the schools in our province with Erasmus+KA2 projects
informed about their projects.

10. ž Meeting in Madrid with the National Agency (July 2016)
Coordinators of all the country could explain and disseminate their
projects and, at the same time, received information about the
final reports and the mobility tool.

During this course in Exeter we could disseminate our AVITAE
project to teachers from Turkey, Spain and Check Republic

12. ž In different business
We filmed in two factories and we informed them about our
project: the Poultry Cooperative of Arta, and the chocolate
factory of ION. Both are big industrial units that employ a large
number of people from the area.
We also disseminated the project to a local lawyer when we
asked for permission to use her office for the filming. We gave out
some newspaper copies and our site address to let people know
what the project is all about.

our local MPs and told him about
the project.

Presentation of AVITAE project during – “Czechoslovak meeting
