2. Project Goal
To recognize “Static identities” and
“Dynamic identities” in people around
me(people I know and meet day in and
day out).
3. Defination :
A static identity is one that does not undergo change and remaining the same at the
end as he or she at beginning.
Static identity is based on
- Qualification and Awards
- power and Position
- Past Achievement
- Knowledge Gained
A Dynamic Identity is one that does undergo an important change. Here, changes in
some Sense within the character like changes in understanding , changes in
commitment , Changes in values.
Dynamic identity is based on
- The difference I can make to the world
- The responsibilities I carry
- my future potential for contribution
- My willingness to learn and grow
4. DIFFERENCE between Static and
Dynamic identities

Qualification
•Make the show of his “Power &
Position”
•Believes in his Past Achievement
•Always takes pride of being
“Knowledge gained”
Dynamic Identities
•Has capability to make a
positive difference
•Focuses on “Responsibility”
•Believes in future potential
•Willingness to be a learner

employee. Thus runs away from his Responsibilities.
• He has limited his knowledge for a specific task given to be
completed by organization. Never thinks to bring some useful
change.
• Not much frank to his subordinates & often gets angry for their
fault.
• Thinks that he has every kind of knowledge more than his
juniors.

9. Conclusion
The Contributor’s image of self is not defined by the
qualifications and achievements, not by power and position ,
not by his/her glories rather, he/she thinks of oneself as
someone who has the capability to make a positive difference
in the world , focuses on the responsibility, sees oneself in
terms of his/her future potential – what he/she can accomplish
in the future ,sees oneself as a learner.
