• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 4 oz. Iced Green Tea
• Optional: Teaspoon Sugar
• Lemon Wedge
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in all the ingredients. Squeeze
the fresh lemon, stir and enjoy!
CAIPIROSKA
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1/2 Green Lime Chopped into Quartets
• 2 Barspoons of Sugar
• .5 oz. Sugar Syrup
Muddle the lime and sugar in the bottom of your glass. Fill the glass
full of crushed ice and add your Smirnoff. Mix all the ingredients
together really well before enjoying.
MOSCOW MULE
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 4 oz. Ginger Beer/Ginger Ale
• 2 Wedges of Lime
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in all the ingredients.

• .5 oz Worcestershire Sauce

2 parts BACARDI Superior Rum
1 part Freshly squeezed lime Juice
2 heaped tsp. Caster Sugar
Cubed ice
Crushed ice

MAKE ONE
Step 1. Put all ingredients in a shaker, add 1/2 cubed ice and 1/2
crushed ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
Step 2. Shake that baby until the outside of the shaker gets very cold.
Step 3. Double strain into a chilled or frozen glass.
3. BACARDI Between the Sheets Recipe:

1 part BACARDI Superior Rum
1 part Cognac
1 part Triple Sec
1 part Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/5 part Sugar Syrup

MAKE ONE
Step 1. Pour all the ingredients (except the garnish) into a shaker.
Step 2. Throw in some ice and give it a quick hard shake.

MAKE ONE
Step 1. Gently bruise mint with sugar syrup and bitters in the base of a mixing glass,
then pour rum and add ice.
Step 2. Stir well.
Step 3. Fill a high ball with crushed ice, then pour the liquid from the mixing glass
using a julep strainer, stir and add more ice.
Step 4. Garnish with a mint sprig and served with a napkin wrapped around the tin.
Step 5. Garnish with mint sprig.
5. BACARDI BACARDI Sidecar Recipe:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2 parts BACARDI Superior Rum
1 part Lime
3 heaped tsp. Fine white sugar (Caster Sugar)
Crushed ice
Bar spoon
MAKE ONE
Step 1. Cut the lime into 16 segments.
Step 2. Muddle the sugar and limes in the base of a rocks glass.
Step 3. Add the crushed ice.
Step 4. Add the BACARDI Superior Rum and stir.
Step 5. Serve with short straws.

Preparation
1. Muddle the fresh mango, cilantro leaves, and Cumin & Jalapeno Infused Agave
Nectar.
2. Add lime juice and Vodka.
3. Shake all ingredients together, double strain into Highball glass ¾ filled with
crushed ice.
4. Add ice to fill the glass, stir to combine and incorporate.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro sprig or candied jalapeno rings.
8. 1. Slice 2 small jalapenos into rings and combine with 8 ounces of light agave and 1
teaspoon ground cumin. 2. Add to a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for five to ten

Try making your own vanilla sugar syrup by blending fresh vanilla pods with very fine
sugar. Strain well.

Preparation :-
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with plenty of ice and double strain
before topping with foam.
2. Serve in a champagne flute.
Foam Ingredients
28 parts peach puree
4 parts ginger cordial
2 parts sugar syrup
4 parts water
1 tsp vegetarian gelatin
Foam Preparation
1. Place all foam ingredients (except vegetarian gelatin) in a pot and heat until
almost boiling.
2. Maintain heat and add 1 tsp. vegetarian gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Strain into soda siphon with soda charges and fill until 3/4 full.
4. Place in fridge and chill for approximately 3 hours.
5. Shake and test foam.
6. If foam has a trace of gas use less charges.
Tips Try experimenting with different flavored foams.

Preparation
1. Rub the juicy side of a lime on the outer edge of a tall glass then roll the glass lip
in the celery salt.
2. Add ice and GREY GOOSE Vodka, or GREY GOOSE Le Citron for an extra
note of citrus, to the prepared glass.
3. Top with Bloody Mary mix, and present with a long stalk of celery or a wedge of
