1. Keyword: Vitamin C Benefits
The human body is a stunning construction of cells working together to complete a
common goal. Our body’s tiny pieces must be placed perfectly so that the whole will
function well. Our body requires vitamin C to create the collagen necessary to connect
skin, bones, tendons, and tissue and for the layers between cells*. Because we do not
manufacture vitamin C we must consume certain foods or take supplements to stay
healthy.
Vitamin C is available in fruits and vegetables, as well as in oral supplements including
an advanced liposome encapsulated form. However, unlike foods and ordinary oral
vitamin C, liposome-encapsulated vitamin C delivers high doses of vitamin C more
efficiently and effectively.
Once ordinary vitamin C passes through the stomach, an active transport process is
required for the nutrient to enter the bloodstream and make its way to individual cells. A
great deal of ordinary vitamin C cannot be transported into the bloodstream and is
eliminated as waste. The vitamin C that makes it into the bloodstream is filtered out by
the kidneys if it cannot be readily used by the cells.
Liposome-encapsulated vitamin C overcomes these obstacles because it does not
require a transport process to enter the bloodstream or the cells. The liposome-
encapsulated vitamin C can pass through the intestinal wall and the cell membranes
much more easily than ordinary vitamin C.
Recent research has shown that liposome-encapsulated vitamin C deposits pure, liquid
vitamin C directly inside cells where it’s needed most.
Food and a healthy diet do play an essential role in overall health. Of all of the ways that
vitamin C can be delivered into the body, liposome-encapsulated delivery offers the
greatest potential for cellular absorption. This makes the most of the vitamin C
supplement you take. It also saves you money because almost none of this form of
vitamin C is wasted.
